Most recently, I come from strategy and operations at the Gates Foundation where I managed a grant portfolio and led high-stakes initiatives from concept to completion. My background spans startups, higher education, the federal government, the classroom, and financial services. These experiences shape my practical, people-centered approach to complex work. I grew up in small town Maine around a family of builders. I value community, accountability, and work ethic in service of building things that matter.
